The World of Slime!
(10/14) Mrs. Chrestman’s students explored the world of slime as a way to not only learn science, but practice their reading, writing, and listening skills in English. Students watched a video and read about how slime is made. They answered questions about the video, and then made their own slime. Before writing about the activity, they chose the best text structure to explain the steps to making slime. Finally, they wrote a paragraph using sequence words to describe the steps. It was a messy but fun way to integrate science and language skills!
