(10/17) Congratulations to the following students for receiving positive office referrals this week! Keep up the good work!!

(10/18) Ms. Griffith's science class is a part of Discover Dairy's Adopt-A-Cow program this year. This program helps students connect with agriculture and the environment, and learn about dairy farming practices. Yesterday, they were able to meet their adopted class cow, Anna! She was born on September 3rd. They can't wait to watch her grow this year through Farmer Katie from Mauthe Farms sending them updates and pictures. 😊🐮

(10/17) Ms. Shields' students practiced personal narratives by writing about some of the fun things that happened during their Fall Break. They shared their stories with the class.

(10/17) The Scholastic Book Fair will be at DTC October 21-25. Family night will be held on Thursday, October 24th from 4:00-6:00. Please make plans to support our library program!

(10/17) Congratulations to Mrs. Chrestman and Mrs. Vineyard. They are recipients of the 2024 Bright Ideas Grant provided by Northeast SPARC.

(10/10) Mrs. Hodum's third graders kicked off their pumpkin unit for science by reading "The Legend of Spookley the Square Pumpkin", creating their own Spookleys, and discussing story elements.

(10/10) Homecoming Day 4: Black and Gold Day!

(10/10) Mrs. Kirk's 3rd grade math students used paper plates, markers, and scissors to make a multiplication game. After they made a shape in the middle (circle, heart, rectangle, and triangle just to name a few) they wrote numbers 0-12 around the plate. Mrs. Kirk gave them a number to put in the middle, then they had to multiply it by all of the numbers on their plate.
