Yoga Lessons
(10/20) To end their study of the brain, gifted students practiced ways to help keep their brains healthy by participating in a Yoga session Wednesday led by Dr. Pollard. Students learned various animal, salutation, and warrior poses.
They ended the session with a stress releasing cool down. It was a great reminder to take care of their brains and let go of stresses and worries! Click the link for tons more photos!
