Congratulations to DTC People of the Year 2022!

(12/15) Gifted students recently participated in an Invention Convention! Students were asked to invent a working invention that solved a problem, made life easier, or made life more fun for others. Their inventions were great! From "Sock Pockets" to 3D printed megaphones to amplify the sound of your cellphone, these students really put their creative thinking skills to the test! (12/15) Students in Mrs. Burrell’s homeroom have been eagerly bringing in change for the “Christmas Cups” fundraiser that supports providing Christmas gifts for our hardworking, dedicated janitors and cafeteria staff.

(12/15) Mrs. Bishop's PE classes are climbing the walls (literally)! Students participated in rock climbing exercises this week. This is always one of the students favorite activities!

(12/15) 3rd graders in STEM created ugly Christmas sweaters with ten items and built arcade games out of cardboard.

(12/9) Congratulations to the following students for receiving positive office referrals this week! We are so proud of you!!

(12/8) In Ms. Short's class, students read The Giving Snowman and made snowmen crafts to go along with the story!

(12/8) In PE, Mrs. Bishop's students played a game of fire and ice. This game is a new version of freeze tag. The students enjoyed learning a new game while getting all the exercise they need!
