(9/18) 🐻📚 Another Great Day of Read-a-Thon Fun! 📚🐻
Students came dressed in their best camouflage, ready for our big "Bear Hunt!" Lots of bears were found, prizes were given, and excitement filled the halls!
We were also joined by many wonderful guest readers who made the day even more special. The kids had an absolute blast!
✨ Tomorrow is the grand finale! ✨
Let’s wrap up Read-a-Thon Week by wearing black and gold to show our Warrior Pride and celebrate a fantastic week of reading! Remember to turn in all of your book lists and donations in an envelope with your name on it!🖤💛

(9/17) 💛 Read-a-Thon Day 3: Kindness Day! 💛
Today, our students took on the challenge of completing 5 acts of kindness — ask your child what they did to spread a little joy!
Everyone looked amazing in tie-dye and shirts with kind quotes, and we loved welcoming our guest readers — thank you for making today extra special!
Tomorrow’s Theme: We’re going on a Bear Hunt! 🐻

Today our students showed up in all the colors to celebrate reading – and they looked amazing!
A HUGE thank you to all of our special guest readers who made today extra exciting.
Tomorrow’s dress-up theme: Tie-Dye or Kind Words! Let’s keep the fun going and celebrate reading in style.

(9/15) 📚✨ Our Read-a-Thon is off to a GREAT start!
Everyone cozied up in their pajamas today and read so many books! 💤📖
Tomorrow, we’re dressing in all the colors of the rainbow 🌈 to celebrate "The Day the Crayons Quit!" We can’t wait to see everyone’s colorful outfits! 🎨

(9/15) In honor of Read-a-Thon week, Ms. Spicer's students had a guest reader, Mrs. Kelsey Russell, that read a great book right before their D.E.A.R (drop everything and read) time of the day . Thank you, Mrs. Russell, for taking time out of your day to come!

(9/12) Mrs. Steele’s classes learned about point of view this week. Students ended the week by creating their own “Point of View” heart displaying their point of views on happiness and sadness. Students shared their POV!

(9/12) Students in Mrs. Tutor's class were given the challenge to build a tower with only the notecards provided. Students used their problem solving and trial/error skills to achieve their towers.

(9/12) This week, Mrs. Hodum's students studied 9/11 during their science/social studies time. Yesterday, they wrote thank you letters to our local first responders for the hard work they put in everyday.
