(3/6) One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish: Wear Red and Blue!

(3/6) Hi! My name is Birdie Kisor, and I am the Beta Club Reporter. This month our service project for Beta Club is collecting items for the Tupelo Children's Mansion. Kids will be able to bring donations to school until March 31st. Some things you can donate are sunscreen, baby wipes, diapers, brushes , shampoo, body wash, and toothbrushes/toothpaste. It is the Beta Club members' job to share the news! Last week, Beta Club members went around to classes and passed out flyers explaining the project and how they can help. Stay tuned to see what DTC’s 4th grade Beta Club is up to next!

(3/5) Day 3: Wear Silly Socks or Mismatched Shoes!

Day 2: Wear your favorite team shirt or dress as what you want to be when you grow up.

(3/4) Camp DTC third grade music students presented such a fun musical on Monday night! The students took the audience to a week of camp complete with bugs, canoeing, campfire stories, and other adventures. We are thankful to West Heights Baptist for sponsoring not only our school, but our evening music showcase as well!

(3/3) Day 1: Dress as your favorite Dr. Seuss character or wear your favorite hat!

(3/3) Today, Ms. Shields' class read “The Cat in the Hat." Next, they made predictions on what the Cat in the Hat would do if he came to their house to play. After they finished writing, they were able to make their own “Cat in the Hat” hat for hat day!

(3/6) Congratulations to the following students for receiving positive office referrals this week! Keep up the good work!

(2/28) Mrs. L. Collums' class made clocks out of paper plates. This hands on activity allowed students to put to use what they have learned the past week about reading a clock. They will be able to use these in class when needed.
