(4/16) Third Grade students are officially done with their Reading State Test! To celebrate their hard work, we are having a Glow Dance Party in the gym and Extra Recess with popsicles on Thursday, April 17th. Bring your glow items and wear neon colors or white!!

(4/14) Mrs. McNeal's fourth graders enjoyed the sunshine while reviewing their Wordly Wise vocabulary words.

(4/14) Mrs. Chrestman’s third and fourth grade students were rewarded with a special treat and extra recess. The students had worked especially hard on their ELPA 21 tests last week, which measure their ability to read, write, speak, and listen in English.

(4/11) In PE, Mrs. Bishop's students have been working on volleyball drills and learning how to play the game. Fourth graders are playing games, while third graders are still learning how to hit the ball and serve.

(4/11) Congratulations to the following students for receiving positive office referrals this week! Keep up the good work!

(4/10) Third grade music students will present "The Heat is On! A Cinco De Mayo Celebration" on Monday, May 5th at 6:00pm. Students should arrive by 5:45pm. All friends and family are invited to attend!

(4/9) D.T. Cox students were treated to PHS' production of Alice in Wonderland today. The high school students did a great job!!

(4/9) Mrs. Heatherly's students are reviewing standards for the state test. The students who show mastery on those standards can create games, or play games using those standards. Some even chose to create an escape room using those standards.

(4/9) Mrs. Roe's students played inside + outside circle to review vocabulary words. The circles rotated for their new partner- quizzing each other on their words. The students really enjoyed this fun, interactive way to review!

(4/8) Fourth grade music students will present "This Great Earth-An Earth Day Celebration" on Monday, April 28 at 6:00pm. Students should report by 5:45pm. All friends and family are welcome!
