(10/8) Homecoming Day 2: Qualifying Events

(10/8) Congratulations to Yennifer Bautista and Jessie Armstrong for winning our gift baskets! Also, a big shout out to our top selling students. They will get to be "Principal for a Day!"

(10/8) After studying area and perimeter, fourth grade math students used Cheez-Its to make squares and rectangles with different areas and perimeters. Afterwards they were able to have a snack!

(10/8) “Mrs. Brown’s Brainiacs” was a fun-filled presentation given by the 3rd grade music students. The showcase featured script and songs about our amazing brain, and the night was filled with songs and smiles shared with family and friends!

(10/7) Homecoming Week Day 1: Red, White and Blue!!

(10/7) Did you know that creating music is at the highest level of thinking? Mrs. Brown’s 4th grade music students enjoyed using our District's technology resources to write, refine, and present works of original music that they created!

(10/7) Ms. Kinnard, the school counselor delivered a bullying classroom guidance lesson that helps students understand the impact of bullying. She emphasized the importance of empathy and respect. Through engaging activities and discussions, the school counselor teaches students how to recognize, report, and respond to bullying incidents. In an effort to foster a supportive classroom environment, Ms. Kinnard empowers students to be allies and advocates for a bully-free school.

(10/4) Fourth Grade ELA classes had a caramel apple bar and reading day after benchmarks to finish out AR for the 9 weeks.

(10/4)DTC teachers and staff were treated to a delicious bbq lunch today courtesy of the District Administration in celebration of their A-rating for the 2023-2024 school year.
