(10/19) Several girls from DTC participated in the PHS Warrior Cheer Camp a couple weeks ago. The girls had so much fun! Click the link for more photos!

(10/18) The D.T. Cox Guys with Ties mentoring club is off to a great start! The boys have enjoyed having special guests and speakers on campus as they learn new skills that will help them reach their full potential as future leaders! Recent topics have included not only how to tie a tie, but also proper greetings, manners, and the power of one’s words. We have sincerely appreciated our supportive sponsors from the Pontotoc Community.

Ms. Luther's class reviewed multiplication facts by creating multiplication array cities!

(10/14) Ms. Spicer's students are learning standard RL 4.5-elements of drama, prose, and poetry. As an enrichment assignment Lily Reese and Emi Reese wrote a new scene based on one of their pathway assignments and worked with their group to act out the play . They also went over the elements at the end as a review before the pathway quiz .

(10/14) Students with perfect attendance this week were rewarded with extra recess and popsicles. Dr. Horton spent some time jumping rope with the kids!

D.T. Cox will hold it's fall book fair October 17-21, 2022. Our Literacy Carnival and Parent Night will be on Thursday, October 20th from 4:00-6:00. Please see the flyer for more information.

(10/13) D.T. Cox staff celebrated being an A school this week with lunch off campus. It was a great time to socialize and reflect on all the hard work that is put in daily to achieve this honor. Click the link for lots more photos!
