(5/10) Academic Awards Day will be held on Wednesday, May 17th. You will be notified beforehand if your child will be receiving an award.

(5/8) D.T. Cox kicked off Teacher Appreciation week with a delicious lunch provided by our wonderful PTO.

(5/5) Students and their families enjoyed the annual ESL Potluck this week. Families shared their favorite dishes, and students enjoyed fun games and prizes.

(5/3) Pontotoc City Schools will celebrate Warrior Pride Day on Friday, May 12th. Students may purchase hamburger plates for $5.00. If your child would like to purchase one, please send money to their homeroom teacher by this Friday, May 5th.

( 5/2) Congratulations to our 4th grade math teachers: Allison Clingan, Karin Foster, Ginger Heatherly and Emma Waldrop for receiving the 2022 PREPS Math Growth Award. This award is based on a school being in the top 10% of Mississippi schools in regard to overall growth in Math. We are so proud of them!
