All the Way to the Ocean

(9/5) This week, Mrs. Hodum's class studied ocean pollution in science. They read the book, "All the Way to the Ocean" about how even the smallest amounts of trash from far distances can make it to the ocean and harm ocean creatures. They learned that everyone needs to do their part to keep Earth (and oceans) clean. Today, they picked up trash around the playground. They also made sure to tell Mr. Marcus thank you for all he does around the school to help keep it clean!
