Fourth Grade Gifted students are participating in a unit on giraffes. Students researched to learn more about the animal, then presented the information learned to their classmates. Presentations included skits, songs, posters, and slide shows. The students have also been working on different giraffe themed centers such as building a giraffe habitat from legos, creating a giraffe sculpture from aluminum foil, writing poetry about giraffes, and working on a few art projects.
